Terms of Use
Anthony Asi is an AI chat assistant web app, created and operated by Anthony Asi (business contact: Willow Rain Company LLC). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Accounts
- You may use the app as a guest without an account. Guest work is stored only on your device.
- You may create a free account with an email sign-in link or Google sign-in. Sign-in uses short-lived access tokens with rotating refresh tokens; each signed-in device holds its own session, and sessions can be revoked — by you signing out, or immediately when an account is deleted.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email account or Google account secure, since those are what sign you in — there is no separate Anthony Asi password.
- One person, one account: do not create accounts for other people, share your account, or use someone else's account without their permission.
- Accounts are for people 13 and older.
Acceptable use
- Use the app lawfully and for your own personal or business purposes.
- Do not use the app to generate or spread unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content, and do not attempt to get the assistant to produce such content.
- Do not try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app, its functions, its providers, or other users' accounts or data.
- Do not submit other people's private personal information.
- Do not automate abusive or bulk access (bots, scraping floods, or attempts to bypass the weekly usage meter).
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will say why; for serious abuse, access may end without notice.
Launch phase — honest limits
Anthony Asi is in its launch phase. That means, honestly:
- AI answers may be wrong. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong — including when they sound confident. Nothing the assistant says is professional advice of any kind: it is not legal, medical, financial, or any other form of licensed professional advice. Verify important information independently and consult a qualified professional before acting on anything that matters.
- Features may change or be missing. The assistant, its tools (such as web search, weather, and image generation), and its limits (including the weekly usage meter) may change, break, or be discontinued at any time while the service is being built out. When a live tool or the AI service is unavailable, the app may answer with a reduced fallback response or ask you to try again later.
- Accounts and sync are new. Account features are being rolled out; if sync is ever unavailable, your work stays on your device rather than in your account until sync returns.
Your content
The app itself — its design, branding, code, and built-in content — belongs to its operator and may not be copied or redistributed as your own. You keep any rights you hold in the content you submit. Subject to the AI provider's terms, you may use the responses generated for you for your own purposes; you are responsible for making sure your use of any output does not infringe someone else's rights.
Premium — billing, cancellation, and refunds
Anthony Asi is free to use within its daily limits. An optional Premium subscription raises those limits (300 chats and 50 images a day, instead of 25 chats and 5 images). Premium costs $9.95 a month, renews automatically each month until you cancel, and the price and renewal terms are shown again before you confirm and on your receipt.
- Premium starts with training, not with payment. Premium unlocks only after you finish the intro and training videos, the "simple ASI" course, and its test. Paying never skips that gate. If a payment ever lands before you finish the gate — for example, a subscription started from a store's subscription settings — it is recorded as paid but not activated: no Premium features turn on until the gate is passed, and your money is not lost. If you would rather have the money back than finish the gate, ask us and we will refund it through the same rail that charged you (on store rails, the store runs the refund and we will point you to the right place).
- Who charges you depends on where you subscribe. On the web, subscriptions are billed by Stripe for Willow Rain Company LLC. Inside an app store, the store bills you — Google Play, Apple, Samsung, Amazon, or Microsoft — and that store's subscription and refund rules apply to its subscriptions; the store's refund decision is final on its rail.
- Cancel anytime. For a web subscription, cancel in your account or by emailing willow.rain.llc@gmail.com. For a store subscription, cancel in the store's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Premium stays on until then.
- Refunds. We do not refund partial months and do not prorate, except where the law requires it. If we ever charge you twice or charge the wrong amount, that is our mistake and it is refunded in full.
- Paying with credits. After the training gate, Premium may also be paid with AntCoin Credits where they are offered. Credits are a closed-loop balance inside our apps — they are never cash and are never refundable as money.
Deleting your account
You have the right to delete your account at any time, for any reason, at no cost:
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. If the app says in-app deletion is not live for your account yet, the deletion page below completes the same deletion by email.
- Or follow the steps on our account deletion page — including an email option if you cannot sign in.
Deletion takes effect immediately as a soft delete: you are signed out everywhere and your sessions are revoked at once. You then have a 7-day grace period to change your mind by signing back in, which cancels the deletion. After 7 days, your account and all of its data (conversations, messages, memories, usage records, and session event records) are permanently erased and cannot be recovered. Our Privacy Policy describes this in full.
Service provided as-is
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its output. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
